Refund & Cancellation Policy

At MetaGurukul, we are committed to providing structured, mentorship-driven learning and guidance to our students and parents. Please read the following Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making any payment through our website or other payment channels.
1. All Payments Are Non-Refundable
All fees paid to MetaGurukul are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, once the payment has been successfully processed.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Counselling or consultation fees
- Parent Orientation or registration fees
- Course or program subscription fees
- Enrollment or admission fees
- Mentorship fees
- Learning program fees
- Renewal or extension fees
- Any other fees, charges, or payments made for MetaGurukul services
Once a payment has been completed, the customer is deemed to have accepted this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. No Refunds for Change of Mind
Refunds will not be provided due to:
- Change of mind or change in personal circumstances
- Non-attendance of a session, webinar, orientation, or program
- Failure to use the services or learning content
- Discontinuation of participation after enrollment
- Change in academic, career, or personal plans
- Failure of a student to participate regularly
- Lack of expected or anticipated results
- Any other reason where the service has been made available to the customer
3. Subscription and Program Fees
Subscription, enrollment, and program fees are payable for the selected duration or service period.
Once the subscription or enrollment is activated, the applicable fee shall not be refunded, whether or not the student or parent subsequently chooses to use the available sessions, learning resources, mentorship, or other program benefits.
4. Counselling and Consultation Fees
Counselling or consultation fees paid for booking or availing a counselling session are non-refundable once the appointment has been confirmed or the service has been scheduled.
Non-attendance or failure to attend a scheduled counselling session will not ordinarily qualify for a refund.
5. Payment Gateway / Duplicate Transactions
In the event of an apparent duplicate payment or an amount being debited from the customer's account without the corresponding transaction being successfully recorded by MetaGurukul, the customer may contact us with the relevant transaction details.
After verification, MetaGurukul may, at its discretion and subject to verification by the payment gateway/bank, process the appropriate resolution for the duplicate or unsuccessful transaction.
This provision does not constitute a general refund entitlement.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
MetaGurukul reserves the right to review exceptional cases at its sole discretion. Any exception to this policy, if approved, shall be considered on a case-by-case basis and shall not create a precedent or an entitlement to a refund for any other customer.
Nothing in this policy shall restrict any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law.
7. Cancellation by MetaGurukul
If MetaGurukul is unable to provide a service due to circumstances attributable solely to MetaGurukul, the company may, at its discretion, provide an alternative session, reschedule the service, provide an equivalent service, or take such other action as may be appropriate in the circumstances.
Where a refund is legally required, it will be processed in accordance with applicable law and the applicable payment gateway procedures.
8. Acceptance of Policy
By making a payment to MetaGurukul, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
MetaGurukul reserves the right to modify or update this policy from time to time. The updated policy will be published on this website and will become effective from the date of publication.
